Cedars has recently welcomed up and coming Chef Amado Lopez to the team, inspiring a new “Mideast meets Midwest '' mantra to our menu. The menu features authentic Middle Eastern breads&spreads, Mediterranean classics like chicken shawarma, falafel & hummus, as well as unique signature dishes like our massaged kale salad .
